Managing Parameters
A module has both in- and output parameters. The left side is the inputs, the right side is the output. Familiarize yourself with the various data types.
- If a parameter is a value which you can set - a float or color for instance - left-double-clicking it brings up the most useful Controller.
- Many data types have more than one controller, right-click the parameter to bring up this list of options.
- To copy a value from one parameter to another, hold Ctrl+Alt and drag & drop the value from one parameter to another
- Hover over a parameter to see a real-time value next to it.
- To understand what the more complex data types print in this value preview - such as texture - refer to the Data Type documentation.
Complex Parameters
Some parameters have been grouped together in a "complex parameter".
- It looks like + sign.
- To toggle opening and closing it, simply left-click on it.
